Will & Jada Sue – Don’t Blame Us for Bad Movie

Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith claim they’re not to blame for a movie that made absolutely no money — even though Jada wrote the script.

It’s all over a movie you’ll probably never see called “Human Contract” — which Jada wrote in 2007.

In legal papers filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, the couple claims the guy who financed the movie is threatening to sue them because he believes Will and Jada “guaranteed” a return on an investment to get him on board. Will and Jada claim they “made no such representations.”

Long story short — the movie went straight-to-DVD and Will and Jada admit, “it is unlikely that it will ever make a profit.”

Will and Jada aren’t going after the investor for money — but they want a judge to declare that they are not liable for the investor’s lost cash.

Top 10 “Oh No You Didn’t!” Videos

Whadduyou say when your 4 year old little girl says somethin’ sassy and “smart” after you’ve politely asked her to do something?

You react like I do and say, “Oh No YOU Didn’t?” And of course, my reply usually ends with her bustin’ out laughin’, spittin’ hysterically in my face. So much for my straight face.

My daughter and I found out that I’m in good company so here’s my Top 10 “Oh No You Didn’ts” from Youtube. The number 1 spot at the bottom has got to be the cutest, lol.

10. Excellent. Good neck movement and finger pointing. The adding of “girlfriend” helps.

9. Not bad. A little too quick on the delivery. Must pronounce words better and maintain balance. Child scares me a bit but love his energy!

8. Amazing. Usually it’s the neck but his hip work gives him the 8th spot. Sucking of teeth towards the end was a good “throw in” as well.

7. Probably the most “friendliest” “Oh No You Didn’t” I’ve ever heard.

6. Double threat. “Cross eyes” definitely helps but the little one’s eye movement and finger action in homage to Betty Boop is ingenious.

5. “A” for accent.

4. I’m in awe of this child’s finger work.

3. The “less is more” approach. Interesting.

2. Speechless. Almost made #1.

About a year and a half ago. My then 14 year old son Seven and I passing through Amarillo, Texas.

As you can see, he is almost as tall as I.

Been focusing on my son lately. Doin’ some bonding. I picked hime up from school today. He’s adapting well. It’s a new city for him and he is starting to like his school.

Work Hard

Very productive around the house today. Cleaning, washing, and ironing my son’s clothes for the week. Right now, it’s all about order, organization and simplification for me. Next year I will have two phrases to live by: ”Not if I can help it.” ”Work Hard.” I will be highly disciplined in all aspects of my life.

Seven Ross: First Library Card

Today I took my son to get his first library card. He thinks I’m a geek ’cause I love libraries. I told him that geeks make all the money, lol, and now that he’s back in school–he should make the library his best friend.

Anyway, I’ll be back in school soon as well so he really has no choice, lol. We will study together. The great thing is, making education a new priority in our life is bringing us closer together.

They even have live online tutoring at the library so he has no excuse but to get excellent grades. The funny part is–he’s currently studying Algebra and I have to go back to school and take PRE-Algebra!
