Dang, I’m old.
This 48 second video gives my take on what it was like working with Gary Coleman on the television Show Diff’rent Strokes. From MonsterMania, Cherry Hill, New Jersey. August 22, 2009.
Today was fun. Had my audition at Random House Audio today. It would be cool to narrate some books. I was thankful for the opportunity. They wanted me to pick out any passage from any book I liked so I went to the library early. The librarian was really helpful so I ended up picking [...]
The audition went well today. I’ll be vague for now and say that it was for an episodic role on a current television series, lol. I try not to “speak” on things until it manifests so I’m all mum for now. I have no idea when that “Chocolate News” episode I did will air. I [...]
The day went pretty cool. Got to spend some time with my wife and daughter. Towards the very end of the day my agent called me at the last minute with an audition (call time). I was prepared but because I was out and about, I had to find a Kinkos in Santa Monica to [...]
David Alan Grier and I on the set of his new show Chocolate News. Premieres October 15th on Comedy Central.
I credit actor/comedian/executive producer David Alan Grier for jump starting my acting career again. I was put on tape for the role of a preacher for his new upcoming show “Chocolate News” on Comedy Central. He saw the tape and gave me the boost I needed to start running again.
Today was a great day on [...]
At my audition. Hollywood, California.
Today I had my general meeting with the top brass at Sony Television casting. The meeting went very well. I wish I could speak more about it but it was a blessing. Only God could open up a door like that and get me into a meeting after 14 years of being [...]
Yesterday was so beautiful. A gorgeous day. Made me realize one of the reasons why I love California so much. Drove through West Hollywood and then on to Beverly Hills to drop some headshots and resumes off to my new agent. I’m giving myself a year to really take my acting [...]
Today my friend Sergio and I hit the driving range for a little golf practice.
I signed with a new talent agent today. After 14 years of being out of the acting business–I’m goin’ for the “comeback”!
What I look like now–right before goin’ in to sign with my new agent.
My friend Sergio took me going in to sign with my agent, lol. I feel like it’s my first time [...]
She’s actually a talent manager and an agent and I’m happy to announce that I will be signing a contract with her later on this week. It’s great to be acting again. I’m excited to see if I can pull off another job. It’s been years. It’s a challenge but I think it’s part of [...]
Have you ever wondered about your destiny? What is was? When will it manifest?
Spent most of the day researching affiliate marketing sites and reading up on the latest Internet marketing gurus. I noticed a little jet lag now that I’m back in L.A. but my body is adapting fairly quickly.
I feel good [...]
The city is bustlin’ and I’m back. I arrived in L.A. (Burbank) a little before 12pm. Soon as I got off the plane I recognized the weather right away. Nice and warm. Perfect weather. The other thing I noticed was a sense of “rush” in the atmosphere. It was [...]
So I’m booked for L.A. Will be flying out on Monday to be a part of the Friday the 13th (His Name is Jason) documentary produced by Masimedia.net. They’re a classy bunch and went out of their way to accommodate me. I’m looking forward to the interview. I’m amazed at how there [...]
If I do go back, it’ll be for a hot minute. Seems Paramount is re-releasing Friday the 13th in 2009 and it looks like Masimedia has a documentary in the works to commemorate the series. They may be flying me out to L.A. next week to do an interview.
Bruce Jenner and Morgan Brittany were the hosts. Kinda like “Battle of the Network Stars.”
Palm Springs, California.
