Nevada Judge Agrees to Reopen Armed Robbery/Kidnapping Case Against O.J. Simpson

OJ-Simpson-Trial

In a new twist in the life of O.J. Simpson, a Nevada judge agreed on Friday to reopen the armed robbery and kidnapping case against the former football star to determine if he was so badly represented by his lawyers that he should be freed from prison and get another trial.

The Associated Press reports that the 65-year-old Simpson wasn’t in a Las Vegas courtroom while Clark County District Court Judge Linda Marie Bell agreed to hear evidence and consider 18 of 22 questions cited in a May appeal by Simpson appeals lawyer Patricia Palm.

So…will we be seeing The Juice back on the golf course in the not-so-distant future? Enquiring minds wanna know.

And some “enquiring minds” might not give a darn, lol.
