‘The Last Dragon’ Star Leo O’Brien Dies at 41

Sad news to report today– actor Leo O’Brien, the actor who played Bruce Leroy’s (Taimak) brother Richie Green in the 1985 The Last Dragon, died yesterday in New York.

He was just 41 years old.

Details surrounding O’Brien’s death are not clear at this time but law enforcement officials say the actor passed away Wednesday morning, and an autopsy is scheduled for today.

O’Brien also survived two gunshot wounds just over a year ago in Harlem. Police arrested a suspect who was charged with attempted murder
