Bobby Brown’s Wife Alicia Etheredge’s Seizure Caused By Diabetes

Singer Bobby Brown‘s wife Alicia Etheredge suffered a seizure over the weekend, unfortunately, and People Magazine states the seizure was caused by her diabetes.

Alicia was diagnosed with the diabetes in 2009, when she was pregnant with their son, Cassius, who is now 3 years old. Other than the cause of the seizure, there has been no update on Alicia’s well-being after she collapsed in a Florida hotel room on Saturday (September 1, 2012).

After her collapse, Bobby appealed for people to pray for his wife on Twitter:

“The report that my wife was rushed to the hospital is true. She is recovering and in good spirits. Please keep my family in your prayers.”

The seizure happened while Bobby was sound-checking with his band, New Edition, for their show at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.
