Back to the Basics…

Today I’m feeling extra chipper. Happy Friday, by the way.

Oh I missed the good ol days with this blog when it was just a public (private, sorta) diary with myself and just a few readers.

I often wonder…who are my core readers? Some of you have been following this blog since back in 2005, and if you’re still with me..whoa, that is ultra cool!

One thing to know about this blog — it’s everywhere…all over the place.

“Everywhere” meaning..I blog about everything and everyone. It’s cool. I don’t mind. I’m interested in a lot of things and I love to observe others and be in “the know” of what’s going on in their lives…especially those in the entertainment biz. I prefer to be on “the outside, looking in.”

Many people come to this blog because of the various topics and people I’ve blogged about. I enjoy knowing that.

But sometimes I think about getting back to the basics. It’s often a struggle to get back to that for me, especially with so many “juicy” stories I see every day.

Oh well, lol. But this post sorta reminds me of how it used to be on this blog.

I don’t know, maybe I’m changing…again.

Sometimes I think it’s important to just get…back to the basics. Don’t you?

So what does “the basics” mean to you? 

“I need to take a break from….[Fill in the blank].”

Well there ya go. See, I knew this post had a purpose.
