His famous father Ozzy Osbourne made him popular on the MTV reality series The Osbournes, and now 26-year-old Jack Osbourne has learned some life-changing news; he’s been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
The news comes just two weeks after he and fiancée Lisa Stelly welcomed their daughter Pearl Clementine.

“I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, ‘Why now?’ ” Jack tells PEOPLE. “I’ve got a family and that’s what’s supposed to be the most important thing.”
