Thank You for a Great 2010! (ShavarRoss.com)

I just wanted to thank all of the people, fans, and faithful blog readers who keep up with this blog–ShavarRoss.com. This year of 2010 has come to a close and I am thankful for so many things.

I’m thankful to God for allowing me to see through another year because many people did not make it this year. And it’s not always about “making it,” because we will all have to leave this earth one day.

I think one of the most important things is having a positive, lasting impression on someone’s life before you leave this earth. This is a good goal for me in the year of 2011–how can I somehow use this blog to make a positive impact in the lives of others…

I’m amazed every day at how this blog continues to grow. I started blogging back in 2004, and I started this blog in August of 2005 (just check the archive and you’ll see) but didn’t get “serious” with it until August of 2009.

With over 250 million blogs currently on the Internet, ShavarRoss.com is in top 100,000 of the most visited websites in the world.  The site is also in the top 25,000 of the most visited websites in the United States. (Alexa.com) The site also gets between 1.5 million to 2 million page views a month.

So my goal is to become a bit more personal in the blog in 2011, throw in my “two cents” a little more, if you will, because I have a lot to offer and share, and just maybe it will make your life a little better, a little happier.
