Simon Cowelll Leaving American Idol: Is that Good or Bad?

Simon Cowell, American Idol’s man you love to hate (or is it hate to love?) is said to be leaving A.I. by the end of 2010.

Yay!  No, wait. What would American Idol be without Simon Cowell? A ratings disaster. Well, there goes the show.

Gotta love Simon though; when it comes to contestants, Simon takes “keeping it real” to a whole ‘nother level, lol.

It was supposed to be a secret, but Simon’s brother Tony Cowell spilled it on his podcast “The Cowell Factor.” Tony added: “A press statement is being prepared which will confirm what everybody expected: Simon will leave Idol at the end of 2010 to concentrate on bringing the American version of X Factor to U.S. TV in 2011.”  Hmmm…
