Top Secret Footage Revealed: A Black President Before Barack Obama?

I got a hold of some top secret government official footage from the department of Youtube.

Apparently this president kept it “too real” and I recently read secret files on how our government used commercial airwaves and subliminal techniques to make the world forget that we even had a black African-American president before Barack Obama.

Our real first black president was apparently way ahead of his time and don’t you forget it.
