CIA to Arrest Pastor: Was it ‘Cause He Called Obama a ‘Long-Legged Mack Daddy?’
The Hon. James David Manning, PhD and pastor of Atlah World Ministries Church in Harlem, New York, confessed on a video broadcast a few days ago that he will be arrested by the CIA for political remarks he made about president Barack Hussein The Long-Legged Mack Daddy Obama.
I’ve never heard of this man until today, have you? Anyway, I’m not too sure what went down but apparently Pastor Manning is causing a ruckus with the government, not-to-mention he’s real popular on Youtube.
As I began my research by at least trying to hear the man out, afterall, what could a black minister possibly say about Obama that could be so bad where the CIA wants to arrest him? Must be serious.
Anyway, unfortunately for me, as I watched the video, my serious journalistic approach to the story turned into a flat-out giggle fest. The man obviously has that amazing pastoral, almost Martin Luther King-like (I said almost) voice we all recognize when we hear, it but maybe it’s just the WAY he kept calling President Obama “The Long-Legged Mack Daddy” that had me ROTFL (rolling on the floor laughing).
Or maybe ’cause it’s Friday and I just needed a lil’ laugh. Oh well, I don’t take this blog THAT serious anyway and I certainly hope you do not as well. In Ecclesiastes, the Bible does mention ‘a season for laughing.’ Filing this one under the humor section, lol. For some reason, I’m even wondering if Pastor Manning is enjoying all of this attention.
In the video, Pastor Manning calls president Obama a “Long-Legged Mack Daddy” 4 times. Tell me if it doesn’t put a smile on your face at least once! LOL. God Bless freedom of speech!
